How is the fee calculated?

Commission fees are calculated as a simple percentage of the gross item sale price paid by the customer. There are no surprise handling fees, insertion fees, or category entry costs.

What happens on customer returns?

If an order is cancelled or legitimately returned in accordance with Vensale return policies, your marketplace commission is 100% credited back to your account.

When are seller payouts disbursed?

Net seller payouts are automatically transferred directly to your registered Nigerian bank account following delivery confirmation, based on your standard merchant settlement schedule.

Are there any monthly subscription fees?

Standard seller accounts carry zero monthly subscription fees and zero recurring charges. You can upload an unlimited catalog of products without upfront fees.
